Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is getting to be a popular man these days. Not only is the "Jersey Shore" reality star the target of "Dancing with the Stars", but Fox's "Bones" is also hoping to recruit him for a guest spot later this hear.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the show wants Mike on board to play a fitness guru who is murdered -- which (of course) leads to a massive investigation. Series creator Hart Hanson talks a little bit about the show's desire to recruit the reality star:
“We’re trying to get The Situation to play a murder victim. A guido is killed and Booth and Brennan enter that world to find out what happens. We’re not sure if it’ll happen or not. Talks are ongoing.”
If The Situation has a talented deal with MTV, the network would likely have to sign off on any appearances he did for other networks. However, it's hard to see them saying no to an opportunity for one of their products to get more publicity.
