After a traffic stop in Indiana on Wednesday, Amber was given a breathalyzer test under suspicion of drunk driving. One source told Radar Online: "Amber was swerving all over the road and crossing the yellow line so the police pulled her over thinking she was drunk."
“They gave her all of the field sobriety tests, including a breathalyzer," continued the source about Amber's roadside interaction with police.
Amber was not arrested, but she was given a ticket for driving with a suspended license.
Will this latest incident mean anything to Child Protective Services? The state agency has been closely monitoring Amber in recent months. Leah's father, Gary Shirley, has been awarded custody in the past. But Amber has been providing care for her daughter ever since providing a suitable home for the young child.
