Mandy Moore Already Has Her Fairy Tale Ending

Nearly two years after her low-key wedding to musician husband Ryan Adams, Mandy Moore is in full nesting mode.

"We're big homebodies," the Tangled star told PEOPLE at the movie's press junket held at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif. "We never want to leave [the house]."

The duo, who are "nerdily obsessed" with their two cats and dog, keep the balance in their marriage by divvying up the work.

"He likes to make the mess and I get to clean it up," Moore explains. "He does the cooking and I do the dishes."

But ultimately, the best part of marriage has been having her best friend by her side, says Moore.

"I feel very supported and loved and at peace," she says. "My life has reached this really beautiful point where I can sort of look around and go, 'Wow. I'm so lucky.' I got my own little happy ending."

Tangled opens Nov. 24.
