Lohan moved into the luxurious rental in the Venice Beach area of Los Angeles after leaving rehab at the Betty Ford Clinic.
Now Lohan is telling pals she did not know that Ronson lived next door until she spotted her pulling into the driveway, the New York Post reports.
The move has sparked claims that the actress cannot get over her ex.
'Its almost as if Lohan is pressing her, especially in light of her renting the beach house next door,' an insider told the Post.
